Full-Service Wedding Planning & Day of Coordinating/Decorating!

• Unlimited emails/texts/calls to coordinate event from the time you book 

• Coordinating with vendors for wedding day details 

• Up to 12 hours day of ceremony coordination

• One-hour rehearsal direction (typically 10-11 a.m. morning before)

• Custom timeline for ceremony and reception 

• Custom reception table layout

• Help with decorating & cleanup

• Two in person meetings at Aurora Farms to go over layout and décor 

• A 2nd coordinator to help run the wedding day as needed

• A full day (9 a.m. to 11 p.m.), with only one wedding per day so we can focus on you

• Multiple beautiful ceremony locations: outside at lighted willow trees, inside main side (up to 250 seated guests), inside fireplace side (up to 120 seated guests)

• Up to 250 white Chiavari chairs (inside only)

• Bench seating for up to 250 (for outdoor ceremonies)

• Your choice of vendors with no catering/bar minimum spend [professional bartender & security required with any alcohol service for an additional fee of $200]

• Eight farmhouse tables (four 5’ sweetheart tables and four 7.5’ long)

• Folding tables: 13 - 72” rounds; 12 - 60” rounds; 24 - 8’ longs; 10 - cocktail (31.5”W x 43.5”H); 3 - 6’ long; 30” white scalloped cake table; 2 double-tiered white 48” tables; 1 - 48” round

• Full heating and air conditioning

• Separate bride and groom rooms

• Full commercial kitchen that includes: 6-burner range, convection oven, warming unit, refrigerators, ice machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee pots, pots, pans, serving dishes/utensils, drink dispensers, cake stands (white, gold, silver, and rustic), and much more

• Fireplace – floor to ceiling

• Use of a wide range of ceremony and/or reception décor and greenery wall

• Sound system (inside only; wireless microphone & speakers for Bluetooth playlists)

• Extra large patio with armed patio chairs for 30

• Fire pits (2) (firewood not provided)

• Propane patio heaters (4) (fall/winter months)

• Patio umbrellas (6)

• Industrial size outdoor fans (2) for patio in summer months

• Front parking lot to backyard handicapped accessible (all one level)

• Free parking for 100 cars, including 4 handicapped parking spaces

TWO-DAY PREMIUM PACKAGE (Thurs/Fri in Prime Months or Fri/Sat in Off Season): Includes AURORA’S FINEST Package, Full Day before with evening rehearsal & rehearsal dinner (food not included), and TWO nights at OAK VIEW INN for up to 22 guests

Choose this with or without Oak View Inn. includes the entire Venue (for ceremony and/or reception) for eIGHT (8) hours total (open to Close) for 50 Guests (with option to add up to 25 more), AND Full-service wedding planning!
